@Noodle I'm a bit late, but here are my two cents as an amateur writer. When you look at her design it appears that the wings connect to the dress, and from a design standpoint it’s very difficult to add extra limbs. For example, where do you connect the shoulder of extra arms, do you double stack them, place them immediately below, or even lower by the abdomen. If arms were hard then wings can be more of a nightmare due to their size(if you don’t factor the extra muscles, we don’t have our wingspan would be 6.7m), and similarly to arms connecting in a fashionable manner can be a hassle. The TLDR is that limbs are hard, and there will always be compromises to keep characters designs interesting.
