um im not good with tech but maybe i could think up something that you might have not thought about (which is really unlikely so sorry if ya already tried em)
one of the reasons could be that you have real bad wifi
and another reason could be that you have too many apps/tabs open and your laptop can't handle it
and yea idk, maybe just restart your laptop and try to have just 1 tab open, or unplug your router and replug it back in
