this is also what upsets me, I see people commenting they want "no romance" but when they made a few jokes insinuating bl scenarios, they go like "oOHHHhH, I dON't mINd gO ooOnnn GUyYsSsS!"

I'm also not a fan of romance, the reason for this is there are shows that I've watched, manga/comic/whatever it is that I've read that are good but got destroyed because of adding romance, this is my reason for not being a fan of romance because there are authors who don't know how to blend romance without ruining the story, to be honest, I don't mind them adding romance, so long as they don't ruin it like what happened with other stories, which is probably the case for them too on why they are against romance
