he was clearly confused about his sexuality and his feelings
The first time he rejected him he was indeed mean but he didn't meant it
The second time he clearly liked him but he was afraid and confused about how he felt
And he's trying to get him back because he realized his mistake ad he's trying to fix it
so no he's not a red flag, he's a good guy
but I totally understand how the other guy is feeling

Tbh I think it was harsh the way he said it the first time but like not wrong.

No offense but he is a red flag not because he rejected him twice .. but because he wants Joon to suffer or feel down when he is not with him . I don't think that is healthy. He is obsessed with Joon and that is also kind of creepy.
But it doesn't mean that I don't support him😂
I support him cause this is fictional but if the same thing happens to my friend my would say stay away from that person
