you can say that pheromones are kinda similar to drugs in real life that induce hypersexuality. They have similar effects-increases body temperature ,increased sexual desire, restlessness and many others. So according to your explanation, its okay to force (yes force. The uke cleary didnt want it when he realised who he was having s** with) someone into having s** if both the individuals involved are under the influence of drugs (in this case influence of pheromones) and it won't be considered "ra**". Keep in mind that they are complete strangers. (there are a lot of other indicators too- the uke blacked out and was hardly conscious the first time but the seme carried on. Second time you can see the horror and trauma on uke's face but the seme didn't stop so ehhh really makes you think huh)
