@Yuki99 in the past chapters we saw tj talking with the lawyers. Ian would have been able to skip jail because it was in self defense but tj insisted on giving him two years. He basically locked him up in jail and made him get debts so that he wouldn't have been able to leave him

@blushyrosie you don't skip jail because of self defence. He still killed someone. Sentence would have been a lot more if TJ had gotten involved.

@Waiting  actually it's possible to completely skip jail time for self defense. ofc there's always an investigation, but if they find that it was obviously self defense, the person who killed the attacker might not even have to go to court

@Waiting  no babe, the lawyers told tj that Ian was able to avoid jail, tj insisted and this is why Ian has a lot of debts now.  Stop defending that man

@Waiting  nah that's different topic but lawyers said they could make it as self defense and get ian out but tj made them into 2 years and protection money too. What ian deserved is different but what tj did is still the same
