lmao this is an month old comment but just wanted to say this
Because the brother is stable in life from how he acts then he is allowed to care for the lizard
but here's the thing, Tong Yang cannot raise one because his brother thinks Tong Yang is not responsible enough
why?
well 1. his grades are horrible
2. His brother has only known Tong Yang for being a rebellious naughty child
so yes
his brother would not want him to raise a pet maybe because of those reasons
plus thats every parent and most siblings out there
