wash your face when you wake up and before sleeping, make sure to moisturize every time after washing your face, once a week (meaning exactly 7 days) try using scrubs and stuff to exfoliate (moisturize after), use things like coconut oil and stuff on your face and just do it every day
Yes don't eat much greasy stuff and don't pop pimples to hard or it will leave scars
