Like I said, bullies continue to exist because people who are stronger than them, ALLOW them to exist. These bullies don't affect them directly.

In this case, after the MC and Karciel scared that bully, the bully will go back to his bullying days and hurt more innocent people. That's how it is.

Evil exists because people are different. That's how nature works. We can't blame that.

Evil CONTINUES to exist because of INDIFFERENCE. The selfish "fvck you got mine" human nature perpetuates evils. Hence evil will ALWAYS CONTINUE to exist.
