Sometimes Omega's get their heat even when pregnant
I heared when omega is pregnant with their first baby they can also get pregnant its a bit similar to when hyesung from love is an illusion was pregnant when his alphas was not around him he became anxious and hid in the cabinet full of his alphas clothes and scent,its more like its the baby who needs it
