my siblings in antichrist u guys have pointed out the cute, s/exy things in this chapter so lemme add a teeny tiny thing:
remember when they just embarked on their journey? when eve snapped at gozu for encouraging him to take another bride as his? during his rant, eve mentioned the things he loves abt gozu, which includes his moonlit eyes, his occasional cat-like attitude, and his pleasant scent. gozu doesn't want eve to scent him when he knows he stinks of alcohol bc he doesn't want to be less than the things eve loves abt him :")) idk that's rly sweet but also kinda heartbreaking...?
