It seems like it soul transmigration-

Meaning it's neither reincarnation (being reborn to the start) and dreaming 🤔

Why soul transmigration?
Well soul transmigration is an existing soul already old enough getting transmigrated In a body different than the soul's body meaning a new life but not a new start from 0.
Also, soul transmigration is often seen as unconsciousness and it's often said as becoming a ghost until you find your body.
Meaning it's possible to actually do so if you become unconscious to some. 🤔

Meaning she technically could go back if her soul wanted but because it wanted to escape this life and still does, her soul escaped the world and took a body she could transmigrate to and it can actually go back if she feels "ready" to go 🤔

All simply and short, it's unchosen possession but definitely a lucky thing for fl.
