I think you misunderstood my intention. I'm team Yahwi, fully. I think what's got me anxious about the idea of Yahwi losing is the fact that the author themselves told us not to look at Cain as a second lead. Jooin also seems to have no reaction to Yahwi anymore, no blushing, no heart beat, it's just hurt and rejection, whereas with Cain it's the opposite.
I do think Yahwi for sure has the most to lose from this. Cain has family he can fall back on and Yahwi has a bitter old man. If Jooin walks away from him I feel like it only will reinforce what his grandfather said about how people will always just betray him.Â
That being said I'm a firm believer you should never be with someone just because they "need" you, they should "want" you. That can be a very toxic co-dependant start to a relationship.Â
To be honest I really just don't vibe with Cain though... he's just as needy but his back story makes me cringe and doesn't make sense. Its like he belongs in the fantasy section but got lost and ended up here. Im kind of mad I wasted coins on the next chapter tbh...🫠Yahwis is much more believable and relatable.
