He reveals that he's Night Hound after beating the 5th corpse and its "gimmick", though he already reveals it to some characters while inside said "gimmick".
That he's Vikir van Baskerville comes out shortly before he announces he's Night Hound. Its literally the same scene.
Camus comes back about the same time the 6th corpse gets revealed and the babarian girl only shows up way later in the story.
