The fact that he's willing to pay off the debt of Yeongwoon's father and use all his savings from modeling just to keep Yeongwoon all for himself is actually insane, cause the mere fact that he did not realize he was madly in love with Yeongwoon and wants Yeongwoon to be dependent on him. Like bro, how can you not realize, Seo in?

GUYS, I THINK THE BACKSTORY (SEO-IN'S Point of view) IS ABOUT TO END. Chapter 39 already showed why Seo-in kissed Jaewon. I think the next chapter (chap 40) would show the scenarìo when Yeongwoon told Seo in "how much longer do I have to keep hanging out with you?". It means the day when Yeongwoon was starting to distance himself and avoid Seo-in. But we would see it in Seo-in's point of view!!
So meaning, the main course was on Yeongwoon's point of view. But I think we still have a lot of chapters to tackle to get to Woonie's perspective...
I just realized that seoin, even though he hated Jaewon with his entire soul, Jaewon continues to live within him. Present Seoin parallels Jaewon not only in looks (the blonde hair) but in action too (s** maniac, doing drugs, pushy, etc). So, Seoin is continuing to let Jaewon take control of his life even tho he's dead. I'm not sure if to say Seoin is imitating him but it's definitely a manifestation from trauma. I have a feeling that once ML begins to heal from the trauma inflicted by Jaewon, he will go back to his old self (ofc with the black hair too).
Of course when I say 'letting Jaewon take control' i mean subconsciously. I have a feeling that Seoin doesn't realize how much control Jaewon still has on his life in present...
