@mafien_ I have two assumptions:
1. Even these demons have feelings for their child and wanted him to grow up humanely and may not have known what a "slave trader" was.
2. They sold him to the slave trader with the hope that he would live a life of suffering in order to develop a hatred for humans so that he could actively try to destroy the human race.
