 i came here, ready to write a whole review but you already said it for me<br /><br />but i want to add things<br />i honestly think this manhua is wasted. the art style, the action, and even the core plot are all really strong. This same story could’ve been written without the disturbing (grape and assault) elements and still been incredibly successful. Like you said, this isn’t a romance — but I also don’t think anyone opened it expecting to be triggered. Most people are here reading it as a BL story. That’s why it ended up being such a disappointment for me. Because I will keep reading it, and in the end (spoiler here), we’re just going to act like none of this ever happened.
