let's say one thing. First don't take the people things "'cause we are in the same school and you can't do that" first he take his cigarette - if they were in school is fine but out of school? like wtf? and he cheeked his bag like what the fck is wrong with you and he touched him? never heard personal place? and your job is write down who "break the rule" like don't wear the name tag or whatever just write that down don't give unasked advice- and don't touch people?
