@zii firstly thanks for the info cause till now I thought that only males have it and that tiny bump in the throat is what it is, didn't know it was part of an organ ToT, but i doubt that it's that prominent in a cis woman is what I thought till I did some more research and yes they can have a visible adam's apple bump ToT I'm so stupid
