1. I understand where you are coming from and I do agree that Kyujin should have stayed way, but I don't think that it's his fault that Chiwoo ended up in the hospital. He went to settled things and get Jihyun to stay away from Chiwoo because he knew that he wasn't good for him. It wasn't exactly anyone's fault besides from Jihyun what happened, he pushed Chinwoo because he lost control. Something he has done many times.

2-3. I know that Jihyun never actually wanted to hurt Chiwoo, but he still did. He still hurt him many times and ignored him when he said no and to let him be. He isolated Chiwoo for years and continued to do shi*** things, but Chinwoo always forgave because he couldn't come to terms with that his best friend was a bad person. Yes Kynjin did also do that by not telling the others to come with him to see Chiwoo, but it wasn't by force. He did also tell them and his reason was that he was love sick which the others accepted.
+ Yes, in the sequel Jihyun did change for the better which was fantastic, but he still didn't let go of Chinwoo. He tried to state that they still had a relationship by calling them "friends" even though they weren't anymore. I don't think that Kynjin was manipulative, he was feeling something for the first time and didn't want to let go of that feeling. I think that Jihyun was all that you called Kynjin. He raped and guilt tripped Chiwoo multiple times and even manipulated him to say by threatening to hurt those around him. Yes in the sequel Kynjin was forceful and out of control (something I didn't like) and nothing can excuse that. But i wouldn't call it ra** because Chiwoo was okay with it.
