Is anyone else upset that she forgave him for not telling her anything so fast? Like honestly I was wholeheartedly hoping she would have gotten mad for not keeping her informed, it may have been an act but he still flirted with another woman in front of her and ignored her several times. Even if it was an act I would still be hurt over it like???

If it's got a bunny in it, I've probably read it. But always down for recs. Give me the fluff.

She could at the very least clocked him like he asked. UGH

@BunBunBoi I'm glad she didn't go down the overused trope of getting mad and hitting him.  She listened to his explanation, like an adult real person having a conversation and understood that he HAD to act how he did for her sake and not getting her further targeted by the queen and then killed!  Her life is on the line and Lector is not taking chances, based on emotions, he is making decisions to protect his wife Anise.  If he had told her, it probably would have been heard by the queen or her minions and then she would still be trying to just outright send assasins or something at her.
