@haylux (Excuse my rant, and don't take my word cuz I'm not a professional) Biologically the breastfeeding would be possible. The automatic gender for humans is female, so males start out with female parts, and then grow and shrink certain things to turn the body into a male one. That's why males still have nipples, and they can actually lactate! It's not uncommon for boys to lactate when going through some sort of hormone imbalance. It can be scary and/or worrying, but it doesn't last long and will stop after a while. It's actually pretty convenient for trans-fem people when taking hormone therapy, and it makes it possible for them to grow bre****, which is very gender affirming and people are less likely to misgender them.
