That means he can do it to anybody (I think?)
And that's why the parents are acting weird and the black haired guy is acting weird too 😞 and
The word "play" actually "activates" the hypnosis for the black haired guy.
As you can see looking back when the brown haired guy says "play" the black haired guy is acting weird and does everything the brown haired guy says (im so sorry for my grammar) ANDDDD that's why there's always a parenthesis "[ ]" when the brown haired guy says "play"
