They have never talked thing out? Especially not if he hurts and traumatizes him really badly this time.
The way I see it omega gonna get pregnant and this is going to b bad from now on but alpha has realized his feeling's (not a good way)
Let's hope for the best and wait for the worst
I think he will shut down emotionally or try to run away.
