Comment on ChapterRoses and Champagne - Chapter 43

I don't understand the comments about Ceaser...did some of you really expect him to be a stand-up citizen? Obviously his actions are heinous but try and understand it from a mafia mindset for a second. Ceaser claimed Lee-Won as his "wife" or essentially his "property" even though Lee-Won obviously wasn't aware of this (why would he be?) but Ceaser doesn't understand that. In Ceaser's mind his "wife" tried to leave him.

That's incomprehensible to someone like Ceaser. In these mafia dynamics the "wife" is treated well but if they try to leave without the permission of their "husband" they're considered fair game and treated poorly for a period of time as a form of "atonement". This is exactly what is happening here. Doesn't make it any less fuckedd up obviously, but this is Ceaser's world and Lee-Won is just living in it at this point. Ceaser doesn't communicate because he's never had to. Ceaser takes what he wants because that's what Ceaser has always done. Ceaser does as he pleases because he was always been given the freedom to do so. Obviously no one one has ever dared try to stop him because he's the king of a criminal empire and he's built like a tank. I think some of you need to realize that this ain't a fluffy story. Ceaser is a criminal who wouldn't hesitate to murder someone in his way regardless of age, race, or gender. This is just who he is,so if you're wanting fluff or if you have delicate tendencies I suggest you stop here. It gets worse before it gets better and they spend the rest of the story beating each other up. Lol

@TheRealTanaka here me out I would love to read that and I mean love to but I dont have the brain capacity to read all that
@Rats_ALot  to sum it up, Ceaser is a mafia boss who lacks the capacity to understand "normal" human emotions and empathy because he's always gotten his way. He sees Lee-Won as his wife and in his mind his wife ran away. Now he's mad and punishing Lee-Won because that's how he lives his lifeand he knows nothing else. How's that for a summary?

@TheRealTanaka  way Shorter Ilike that better thank you every good to 👍👍
@TheRealTanaka Well imo there's that yes, but it's also a reflection of his own pain. Now they are both evenly in pain. 3 shots to the body and a week long of s** to repair the pain for Ceasar. I doubt Ceasar has ever felt pain like the abandonment feeling Lee-Won left with him, so it's almost like t** for tat. Just my thoughts.
@Raethiance none of that makes any sense to me...it's a reflection of his pain but he doesn't feel pain?? I don't get it. Ceaser is a sociopath, he doesn't feel emotional pain. lol
@TheRealTanaka still mad at crate care in love blonde bts someone named Dimitri should be buried alive and no one will feel bad
