The child belongs to MC and ML but he is not able to remember due to PTSD related memory loss.

The story starts off with the MC in an "Omega trafficking facility" in reality it's a Mental hospital that the MC's mother (woman he met with in this chapter) hid him away in as an effort to conceal him from the ML alpha. The reason for this, is because they are nephew (Mc) and uncle (ML) that got involved in a consensual incestuous relationship, of which resulted in the child featured in this chapter. After being separated from ML Alpha, MC attempts to take his own life (scar on wrist) and is hidden in a mental hospital by his mother in an effort to keep him away from ML. While in the hospital, MC suffers a mental breakdown which results in memory loss. In order to cope with this, he creates a delusion that he is detained in a facility that trafficks and sells otherwise unwanted omegas. This is obviously not true but this is the lie he's told himself to cope with trauma. His Alpha (ML) finds him and gets him released and this is where the story as we know it, starts. As of now, the MC does not remember anything or anyone he's encountered. If the manwha follows the novel after this chapter he (MC) will attempt to take his own life after seeing the four year old child because he will feels a sense of betrayal not realizing the baby is also his.
