@Sumii He seems like more of an age regressor. Probably about 3-5, somewhere around that age. Also, the fact that inappropriate people mostly surround him may be why he's so sexually active because someone around that age would obviously be very impressional to something like that. I don't know, just something I thought of. It could also be trauma-based, something could have happened that led him to the overwhelming need to act that type of way. He has a very interesting personality, and I haven't seen anyone actually dive into him like that. All this, or he could just be a pervert, we really don't know.
