<span class="mention" data-user-id="6Ye3KvW2">@BobTheDestroyer</span>   yes it's actually quite a good one [unless you compare it to some xianxia main characters], jin dan in chinese [金丹] translates to 'golden elixir/core', and that realm is just below nascent soul(feel free to Google this, it has a lot more info online). He's currently in what I assume is the first stage of golden core [since it's using the word foundation building ), so it's safe to assume he's a lot above average currently.
