@Ясемин Саида well imagine how other noble houses would treat your house if the heir is propped up by their parents, in that kind of environment you have to foster a sense of self-reliance, he may not be the heir but if his brothers die he'd inherit the estate, they can't let their family be weak or their whole territory could fall, I mean even with that mindset they still fell, could you imagine the carnage if they were even slightly weaker
