I find it so annoying that everyone is only blaming Deon. The princess is furious because he killed her uncle and destroyed her happy home, but what about Deon? Didn’t they destroy his life too?
They started using and manipulating him when he was only 14 years old. They pushed him so far that he developed a split personality just to survive the trauma. And when the princess’s uncle found out, did he try to help him? Nope. He just kept using Deon like a chess peice together with the demon lord.
Now everyone suddenly wants to act shocked that he wants revenge? Where was all this outrage when his life was being destroyed?
I’m not saying every single thing he does is justified, but pretending he’s the only villain while ignoring everything that was done to him is crazy.
