Her suspicion of a drug makes no sense. Not because it's unfair to suspect drug use, but because that's just too miraculous of a performance for a simple drug.
A) MC's spear proficiency and skill proficiency are advanced. That can't be faked, so he would look like a genius regardless of his superpower rank.
B) MC's physical power, total energy, and power output all increased dozens of times over.
C) MC was in the top 10 for hours, so if he was using a drug, it would have to at least last that long or longer.
D) There were no visible drawbacks.
Altogether, such a drug is so outstanding that if MC used it, they shouldn't even punish him, but instead buy it from him because that has incredible military application. Nevermind that if MC, a no-name person with no money, no family backing, no connections, and no criminal history even had access to such a drug, it wouldn't make sense. A drug with that level of performance would probably be tens or hundreds of millions and have extremely exclusive access. If it could affect higher tiers (8th tier superhuman for example), it would be priceless. It's fair to suspect cheating, but the performance was so outstanding that a drug capable of elevating him to that point probably doesn't even exist or would be revolutionary if it did.
