@Similew its not acceptable generally to divorce in a m0re traditional  society , also assuming that her husband is rich , she cant divorce him cause it would be a bad look for him .

@Similew she let him have sex with her cause he is still her husband, what's she gonna do tell him she's cheating on him and brought her partner to his house so she can't sleep with him? She probably doesn't divorce him cause he still pays for everything and she doesn't want to lose all that. Her partner knew she was married so she should have expected this might happen once in a while.
