I think I first read this manga some two or so years ago but for some reason that one scene with the random orphan girl has stuck with me like an evil brainworm. I've read a lot of manga and books... I've read a lot of different genres... I've had an obsession with eldrich horror since the time I first heard about it... STILL this one scene in this random isekai has stood out as one of the most horrific and deplorable ones I've ever read. It might be because it's such a realistic evil. It might be because this manga sticks so close to the idea of realism. The main character can't do nothing to help and neither can you.
