Someone please enlighten me as to why that mf keeps cutting his nipples...as someone who knows medicine i just can't wrap my head around it

Maybe it makes the nipples more sensitive cuz ever since they cut his nipples ;they became more sensitive to the slightest touch plus mc says it itches and seems to like it when Grey haired bear suck on them...
