@Zjm i mean...in my eyes, he can't make up for it. but if he learns from his mistakes, he can at least apologize to suha and understand where he went wrong. like how in love is an illusion, when the blue haired omega made a huge mistake? he was forgiven after he learned from his wrongs, even though what he did was technically illegal. you don't have to forgive and accept people, but you should give them the space to apologize.
