@Daisy if you have been raised all your life with a person as your sibling then that person becomes your siblings. Or do you think it is okay for step siblings and adopted siblings to have a relationship? They were raised as siblings for years and that relationship is now that of siblings. Or does step siblings and adopted siblings still don't count as siblings because they are not "blood related"?
