1-How can you determine the age of the soul?
2-How can you be sure that he's the only one that has reincarnated?
3-What if remebering the past life is something that you experience rarely in one of your reincarnations?
4-What if for those little kids this is their 50th reincarnation and this is MC's 3rd reincarnation but he's the only one that he remembers his past life? or what if it's the other way around, it's the MC's 1000 reincarnation while it's the little kids first life?

You answer those questions and you will understand that you are getting agry over something stupid, this is a story, not real life, like those yaoi stories that have dudes getting pregnant or dudes that have a pssy and I don't see people arguing about whether that's correct or not, real or fake.  Like, this story has magic and mythical beast, and that's what you are complaining about? hahahahaha

If instead of a story this was a file explaining how a 21+ y/o person wanted to marry a minor, then we would be talking about a crime, but once again, this is fiction, just like videogames, movies and so on.
