@Sam no he did, it said he could use all he** skills anywhere now as long as he's in g** form and can now appoint four apostle

@Cyan no.. what I mean was he didn't get his full power he had in he** (they showed levels in the status and his power is currently at level 1)

@Sam but I think he is close to his prime but the 4 apostle is his limit maybe after killing titan he unlock it

@Sam I think the level 01 has to do with his g** level which (I think) means he has his original power but it can still evolve more cuz he can kill more gods now than when he was in he**, kinda like a new born g** in a sense.....thats just what I belive anyways idk if its accurate
