@The Sauce Seeker I think it's bc they find the mc interesting. They are all geniuses but the mc is the opposite, all he has is his hard work, passion and consistency and ironically those geniuses doesn't have that. However the one thing they all have is being crazy and it just happen the mc is the most lunatic among them. which I think overall, earned the MC's respect.
