@reii So, they're at Lotte World in Seoul. It's a medium sized theme park In a giant mall in the hear of the city. So this part is actually inside and it's a ride you can take. The balloons are connected to a suspension system that lets you "float" around the whole room. So there's no one above them except a ceiling.
