@Luya this is what's really bugging me! Especially when they were just alone in the dark and he could only hear her, thats when it should have clicked!
@Luya he hasn't heard her voice in a long time so I don't think he remembers her well+ she's actively been trying to convince him she's a different person so it's reasonable that he didn't put the 2 together
@Luya I've been having the same thought regarding his sharpened senses, but it has been 5 years after all, and she probably served him a few months at most, so it makes sense his memories are a little washed. I think he does "recognize" her voice, that's why he says things like "you're so much like her", but he must have convinced himself that she is dead or something so he just won't believe it is actually her. I am so looking forward to the moment he finally acknowledges it is her.

@Luya girl, they've been apart longer than they've been together.(5 years apart) Are you fr? Even my ex 3 years ago, I've forgotten his voice. lol
