If yall are still supporting TJ after this chapter... you need help. Ian is saying that TJ would have to go on to lead the typical mofia boss life, and leave him to have the scraps of his attention. Ian does love TJ but he is tired of living in guilt and untammed emotions because of the orginization, because he is probobly increadibly traumatized from it. Then, instead of listing, TJ starts going on about what he wants, how Ian wont love him if he leaves the orginization DESPITE the fact that Ian has shown time and time again he does indeed love him no matter what. We also get a look into the fact that, at the funeral when they had s**, Ian didn't even want to have s**, but TJ essentially coersed him (coersion is also a form of ra** btw). And then, DESPITE ALL OF THIS, TJ threatens PHYSICAL VIOLENCE on Ian. How yall can continue to support TJ is beyond me. They are both messed up, sure; but you need to realize that Joseph has made Ian feel loved in a genuin way instead of just a s** way. TJ wants to keep Ian around because he essentialy veiws him as property now, but Joseph loves Ian for who he is, not because of how he makes him feel during s**. Joseph is the better option for Ian. Yall need to accept that instead of supporting someone who we now know is essentially a bordeline rapist and abuser.
