What italians have you seen?
They don't all have big noses some maybe but even then this is too much... It's just straight out burlesque.
They are quite mixed with other Europeans so the noses are quite different.
This artist either have some misconception or is tryna make it comical, even that "mamma mia" with gestures is satirical.
Idk if you were joking but don't say thing that could make false information
