@Chas It could also be the opposite and that he's somewhat of a better telepath. Because I assume this all happened after Anya's experiments. They must had some new technologies or some surgery better than before which also gives him an advantage as the main villain too

@Yatogami Had to be before because she says he changed around the time Damian was born. Anya is younger than Damian, he might've tried it out first and it twisted his personality before they perfected it in Anya. Anya can perfectly read their emotions and thoughts but she's just too young to understand it or express it, they might've thrown her away because to them it seemed she was a failed test subject. As if they knew she could read minds, even the tiniest amount is still valuable,why is it that none of the scientists are looking for her?
