@Sugarhoneyicedtea no! no,dont talk for me or for other people,i never assumed they were related and I am sure many other people read the story properly and also did not think they were related by blood as there was never anything said to make anyone believe they are of blood relation and ive never read a brothers without tomorrow story that has incest
