@Suaeee Well, it depends, does she like you too? If so, ask her to go out with you. There is nothing wrong with loving someone whether it is a boy or a girl, we are all human after all, we share, love and care for others. There is nothing wrong with loving someone, as long as you don't hurt anyone. If she doesn't like you, don't push your feelings onto her and  accept her feelings and continue being her friend. The right person will come.
