I'm going to give this author the benefit of the doubt but it's looking iffy.
I mean true he is a very large man with some face wrinkledso we can guess he's like late 30's maybe? And the fact that mf was severely starved and underfed AND they don't reveal his age
All these things make it hard to say but the side difference is worrying, his whole hand covers his small chest. I want to say he's just a skinny and tiny adult but I doubt it
