@Goober isagi has a lot of knowledge which made up for his lack of physicality which is way germany was the more rational option since he could grow it out more, also isagi wouldn't have learned meta vision if he didn't join germany which means he wouldn't grow as a player which is why germany is by far the better option for isagi
