@Manghuwa The guy who looked all Egyptian like. His skin is all black and he has a dog head, he was holding a light brown staff with a green crystal on it. He was the one who help protect nine-tails when she was going through her evolution in the desert. He lines in the charter were "The time I am not the only one who came" and his title is " Seth of the western wasteland"
