It's such a common pet peeve with story lines that such and such should be with this person or do this WHEN REALLY THE WHOLE STORY GETS THROWN OUT THE WINDOW OF A SPEEDING CAR BECAUSE YOUR CHARACTER IS STILL ALIVE. Characters in stories having feelings beyond words on paper is already something she's thought about and experienced. Instead of this horseplay, she could literally just ask her sister when she receives the light to cure her hubby. So simple. No extra drama. No mixed feelings. No LYING WTH and she wouldn't have to feel like trash. I don't understand the mental gymnastics one has to do to possibly think like this. If he's ya favourite and ya husband, ya don't lie to him as a child and in the next step guilt yourself about it because you plan to run away
